Registrar Support Coordinator

Supporting the DC3 Cyber Training Academy's Registrar office, the Registrar Support Coordinator will be part of the Registrar team and support daily Academy operations and customer service activities.
The Coordinator will communicate with students, their Points of Contact, and the government partner via phone and email.
The Coordinator will assist with class scheduling, student enrollments, and producing regular and ad hoc reports based on current and historical Academy training statistics.
Duties/Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to students, POCs, and the government partner.
Support the Operations Manager and Lead Registrar with regular and ad hoc reporting requirements.
Monitor and triage the Registrar email inbox, redirecting messages to the appropriate Registrar team member.
Manage student certificate assignments and renewals.
Attend meetings with the Registrar team, other contractor teams, and with the government partner.
Develop and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to attendees.
Support in-person and online student registration and login on Monday mornings.
Qualifications :
Minimum three (3) years of experience in academic, training, customer service, or human resources support roleAssociate's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of work experience, or a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of work experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience creating data-driven reportsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProject coordination skills/experienceExceptional teaming abilitiesProficiency working with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)Proficiency working with online collaboration and workflow tools (e.

Most work will be done at a desk or computer.
Work Environment:
General Office environment.
The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
Equipment & Machines:
General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance:
Attendance is critical at all times.
Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday.
However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements.
Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
