Position
Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work.
This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure.
This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations and information dissemination.
Responsible for supporting the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical & business decision making capabilities.
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Work is closely managed.
Competencies:
Education:
Requires a minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
Experience beyond the work experience requirement may be substituted for the degree on a 2 years of experience for 1 year of education basis.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of project and information management.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of business intelligence technique & tools for the acquisition and transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for business and analysis purposes.
Skills:
Demonstrates analytic, planning, and organizational skills needed to manage multiple projects or responsibilities.
Ability to exercise sound judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.
Strong oral and written communication skills necessary to interact with diverse groups of people, exchange information, and produce written correspondence.
Required Licensure Certification, etc.

EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
Work
Experience:
2 years of experience in a professional environment where the required knowledge base and skills have been utilized.
1 of those years in collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying and solving problems Machines, Tools, Equipment:

Report and follow-up on software problems resulting in delay in workflow.
Expert proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet software, database structures, and the internet.
Completes mandatory Epic and other software or analytic tool training.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment where there are limited physical discomforts due to temperature, noise, dust, and the like.
Travel between campus' when required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
