Amazon Air ACES is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Quality Manager to work within the AIR- Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES).
The ideal candidate values simplicity, while leveraging technology to eliminate waste, reduce variation and drive scalable operational excellence.
As a change agent for the Middle Mile, you will maintain a company-wide perspective and deliver solutions that are beneficial to the broader transportation ecosystem, including both internal and external customers.
The Air ACES Regional Quality Manager will support operational leaders with subject matter expertise, assist with new launches and take a leadership role in the rollout of projects, new processes and continuous improvement.
This position requires deep customer focus and strong self-motivation.
It will involve regular communication with our Air leaders and key support teams and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable partnering across cross-functional business and technical teams.
To be successful in this role, you need to pair strong analytical skills and a data-driven outlook with great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Drive network level excellence in six sigma and lean practices through designing and implementing systems, metrics, and programs that drive adoption and continuous improvement Mentor Amazon Air Leadership in lean principles and drive adoption of standard work systems into the daily work and habits of Air Gateway/Hub staff.
Support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization across all Amazon Air processes using Lean principles.
Work with the business to determine process gaps and areas of opportunity for improvement.
Collaborate with counterparts in other ATS functional areas (e.
g.
EHS, Learning, Loss Prevention, Finance, IE, etc.
) as well as corporate teams such as Air's Launch SME's to drive improvement, standardization and documentation of core process elements to support network growth and scale.
Engage in and lead Kaizen events to improve operations in support of ACES CI initiatives.
Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.
Support the work of ACES teams working to improve the vision, content, and delivery of ACES strategy.
Collaborate and drive results with operational leaders and support teamsA successful candidate will demonstrate:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
