Personnel Security Specialist (Operations Analyst)

As a Personnel Security Specialist (Operations Analyst) you will be responsible for the following duties:
Planning, organizing, designing and carrying out studies, analyses and evaluations of the personnel security and CE. Developing and recommending other improvements or projects enhancing the implementation of the personnel security and CE mission. Analyzing policies, processes and operations to determine areas where enhancements, improvements, modifications or other changes may improve systems, derive requirements or programs as they interrelate with each other. Participating in conferences with key government and/or industry officials for the discussion of policy, procedural, and problem matters regarding personnel security administration and practices. Communicating pertinent information to diverse audiences in a timely and proper manner, using an extensive network of contacts internal and external of Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency to identify issues, effective solutions and introduce recommendations for improvement and changes. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, and will typically be demonstrated by working at, or immediately below the level of the job being advertised, for a year or more. The previous work experience must clearly demonstrate the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience required for this position is:
Comprehensive knowledge of public laws; Executive Orders; DoD policies, regulations and practices; and National Industrial Security Agreements pertaining to the industrial security program administrations and personnel security. Knowledge of programs, laws, and regulations pertaining to personnel security and Continuous Evaluation (CE) procedures, policies and processes, as well as law enforcement and intelligence organizational structure, functions, goals, and missions. Broad knowledge of the U.S Government and its personnel security, CE, insider threat, counterintelligence, and investigative components, missions, and interrelationships as well as qualitative and/or quantitative methods for program development and assessment. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
