Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
Plans, evaluates, and determines relevance of source material and analyze data; cultivates and identifies key internal and external sources of relevant information that meet customer and self-derived needs. Develops and implements strategies for integration of new data feeds or historical information in support of DoD interests and policy objectives. Utilizes a variety of methodological tools and approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex and significant analytic issues and incorporate insights and findings into well-crafted, sophisticated intelligence products. Conducts and produces tactical, multidisciplinary, and strategic analysis that supports key US national security, foreign policy, and foreign vetting objectives and helps shape DoD analysis and priorities. Guides efforts to design processes and scalable solutions to increase efficiencies in bulk data exploitation and identity link analysis. Thorough knowledge of relevant DoD, IC policy, and personnel vetting procedures and demonstrated knowledge of analytic tradecraft and superior ability to communicate intelligence information and judgments to generalists as well as specialists. Conducts continual analyses of program effectiveness, efficiency, cost effectiveness, schedule adherence and measurement of program accomplishments and results. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
