Administrative Officer (Resources Manager)

As a Administrative Officer (Resources Manager) you will be responsible for the following duties:
Comprehensive knowledge of the range of administrative laws, policies, regulations, procedures and precedents applicable to the administration of programs being administered; e.g. personnel, security, administration, financial management and logistics. Knowledge of agency program goals and objectives, and the sequence and timing of key program events and milestones. Knowledge of relationships with other programs and key administrative support functions within and external to the agency. Skill in analytical, evaluative and administrative methods and techniques required to manage programs for regulatory compliance and efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the mission. Specialized experience required for this position is:
Serving as the lead for all administrative programs and support services. Well versed in IT equipment and software that needs identification. Coordination of new equipment fielding and internal and external training needs as related to software programs utilized. Security operations, operating budget requirements and justifications. Propriety of expenditure of funds. Utilization of office space and equipment acquisition. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
