As a Chief of Operations National Access Elsewhere Security Oversight Center (NAESOC) you will be responsible for the following duties:
Providing security oversight as the primary DoD security interface for designated, access-elsewhere Cleared Defense Contractors (CDCs) assigned to the NAESOC across the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Managing/Supervising entry-level, Journeyman and Senior Industrial Security Agents and additionally, the Chief is responsible for effective oversight of all contractors supporting the NAESOC. Providing subject-matter expertise in a variety of interrelated security disciplines (Personnel, Physical, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Communications (COMSEC), Information (INFOSEC), International Programs, Export Controls, Operations (OPSEC), Special Access, Automated Information Systems, Emergency Planning, etc.) and utilizes risk management principles in the analysis, selection, and application of effective security countermeasures. Promoting innovation among NAESOC team and ensures the NAESOC is contributing to agency improvement and innovation efforts through working groups, policy/procedure reviews, and through other available communication and coordination tools The experience described in your resume will be evaluated and screened from the Office of Personnel Management's (OPMs) basic qualifications requirements. Specialized experience required for this position is:
Expert knowledge of the NISP and an in-depth knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative methods for assessment and improvement of complex management processes and systems. Extensive knowledge of the intent of the guidelines and use sound judgment in interpreting and adapting it to various cases or issues. Must be able to update the NAESOC CONOP/SOP and NAESOC Criteria when necessary. Conduct extensive interpretation and adaptation of guidelines. Developing new work methods, techniques, procedures, processes, and implementing guidelines Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
