Personnel Security Specialist

As a Personnel Security Specialist you will be responsible for the following duties:
Comprehensive knowledge of public laws; Executive Orders; DoD policies, regulations and practices; and National Industrial Security Agreements pertaining to industrial security program administration.Knowledge of programs, laws and regulations pertaining to personnel security and CE procedures, policies, and processes, as well as law enforcement and intelligence organizational structures, functions, goals, and missions. Broad knowledge of the U.S. Government and its personnel security, CE, insider threat, counterintelligence, and investigative components, missions, and interrelationships as well as qualitative and/or quantitative methods for program development and assessment. Demonstrated experience of training and quality assurance principles and practices, as well as skill in planning, organizing, and executing special projects. Incumbent is required to work cooperatively with many groups having mixed objectives in order to affect agency transformation and implementation planning. Specialized experience required for this position is:
Expert knowledge in Personnel Security developing, implementing, and evaluating quality assurance initiatives. Respond to quality and training needs analysis and work as an authoritative consultant to improve processes. Develop, deliver, and evaluate new and innovative security training programs, products, and services. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
