Supervisory Program Analyst

As a Supervisory Program Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
Extensive knowledge and experience in federal background investigations, adjudications and other areas of industrial security, personnel security, counterintelligence, law enforcement, insider threat, and/or the intelligence community Mastery of coordinating effective business processes, delivering outcomes within time constraints, managing competing priorities, and adjusting quickly to deal with time sensitive requirements. Expert knowledge of U.S. Government program management methodologies, fiscal plans and policies, risk assessment tools, evaluation criteria and principles, and the proven ability to plan, anticipate, and forecast future program needs. Ability to communicate results of research and/or analyses, both orally and in writing, to technical and non-technical groups. Ability to initiate, formulate, plan and execute analytic research projects pertinent to the activities of the organization. Ability to work creatively on own initiative, as a team member and manager of group efforts, and to draw together diverse efforts to achieve a worthwhile, integrated product. Ability to persuade others; build consensus through give and take; gain cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish goals. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
