Responsibilities:
Description:
The prospective candidate will be joining a small team (2-3) in the process of developing a Cyber Learning Management System (LMS) for use in training high-end government cyber operations personnel. The team members employ and integrate a variety of technologies including databases, virtualization, and a web-based GUI. The team ensures the LMS is capable of handling training experiences coming from structured and unstructured sources for all users.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Ruby on Rails with a strong understanding of RESTful API design
Experience implementing, deploying and administering MySQL database and Apache HTTP Server in a Linux and Windows environment.
JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience is necessary to customize the functionality and feel of the application.
Must have demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to establish technical requirements and priorities.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Behavior-driven Development using Cucumber and RSPEC integration testing
Familiarity with integrating the VMWare vSphere API into an external application
Experience with SCORM, Tin Can API, SCORM Compliance and integration with a Learning Management System.
Extra credit:
Experience with optimizing complex SQL queries
Experience with managing a large volume of concurrent users of a web application
Experience with Adobe Captivate 8

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
