SOC Technician

Customer Service Tech (SOC) with be responsible for fielding customer phone calls to support TCS equipment and Satellite Network issues.
Tier 1 support for Managed Services Operation Center
Network support to include iDirect, Linkway and SCPC satellite technologies.
Equipment support for remote VSAT equipment.
Create Metrics reports (customer calls, TT's, RMAs, Incident Reports, etc.)
Rotate from Day shift to Night shift.
Night shift rotation required.
2 plus years Customer Service experience
Flexible hours
Basic Network Skills (CCENT level)
iDirect experience preferred
VSAT experience preferred
Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio)
NewPoint M&C experience preferred
A minimum of HS diploma or equivalency diploma required.
VSAT, ITIL and CCENT experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
