Job Description
Conduct systems engineering and operational intelligence architecture studies and reviews. Perform short-term and long-term performance analysis of fielded intelligence systems. Brief senior management and make recommendations based on analysis and findings. Research, coordinate, analyze, and document operational requirements and capabilities for new and existing systems and capabilities. Draft and review Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), interagency memos, and other correspondence affecting the systems acquisition and requirements process.
Draft, review, and validate Operational Testing and Evaluation (OAT&E;) plans on newly delivered systems and upgraded, existing systems. Actively participate in OAT&E; activities. Support TTOM interests at meetings, conferences, and boards. Provide intelligence systems expertise for input into documents and electronic messages. Draft and coordinate correspondence, as well as provide other system-unique expertise as defined by TTOM.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications
At least 2 years experience writing technical documents
At least 2 years experience in reasearching and documenting capabilities for new and existing systems and capabilities
Desired skills
Experience on engineering based contracts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
