DESCRIPTION:
Program Manager Overall Purpose Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management.
Manage high value long term strategic projects that involve new and/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers.
Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors.
Leads large cross functional teams to manage programs within allotted timeline and budget.
Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Leads program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis.
Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews program/project deliverables.
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team
Manager Specific:
Strong Financial/Accounting background Will be responsible for running and presenting reports.
EXCEL is required NORAD access will be required.
Responsible for the analysis and interpretation of financial and other data.
May provide input into the development of recommendations to achieve the organizations financial objectives.
Assists in the reduction of risk to the Market by minimizing "3-Way Match" errors, reducing the dollars associate with Match Hold (Vendor invoices,
but AT&T not confirming work completed) and URR (AT&T states work is complete, but Vendor has not invoiced for services rendered.)
Performs Market/ Regional capital analysis and may define workflow and process improvements.
Job Contribution:
Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions, and works on simple to moderately complex problems, following standard practices and procedures in
analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Brings inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
Critical Skill Set: 1. MSFT Excel: Pivot tables, vlookup, and minor macro creation.
EXPERIENCE:
1) Accounting Intermediate Desired
2) Project Manager Intermediate Required
3) Excel (Pivot Tables etc) Expert Required
4) Wireless (Preferred) Intermediate Desired
5) Norad and Oracle (will be used) Entry Level Desired
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
