Qualifications/Skills:
Candidate should have knowledge or experience in the following areas:
General systems administration/Help Desk Experience
Cross platform administration (Unix/Windows)
Government experience, preferably within the IC or DOD.
Experience in as many of the following as possible Windows, RH Linux 5.5+, Solaris 10+, VMware, Citrix
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate, assist, and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel
Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, Exchange, File and Print services, IIS, SQL, permissions and computer security
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced performing Tier 1 and Tier 2 functions via phone, email and in person

Customer Solutions Duties
Respond to all tickets assigned
Respond to telephone calls for assistance, information, etc.

Essential Job Functions
Perform moderate to complex systems and database administration
Monitors and tunes appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance
Oversee and/or applies appropriate level software installations and upgrades and related software packages
Perform moderate to complex systems and database administration
Install and configure Microsoft and/or Linux operating systems and desktop applications
Develops and maintains appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current.
Maintain system-supporting procedures and documentation
Interact with client management to answer questions, problems and requests regarding complex system issues
Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
