The Home Performance Advisor role focuses on conducting a thorough in home assessment. In order to be successful in this role you will be responsible for educating the home owner on the benefits and cost savings of home energy efficiency improvements. Home Performance Advisors will be responsible for creating self generate leads through networking and referrals. Leads are also provided through various marketing avenues. Each Home Performance Advisor will be responsible for meeting sales goals set by management.
Core Skills:
Ability to develop marketing generated leads to closing sales
Ability to create leads through referrals and networking
Provide excellent customer service to potential Mark Group clients
Promote business objectives in volume, quality, product and customer mix
Ability to accurately record and report sales data in Mark Group provided equipment
Ability to analyze sales trends
Ability to effectively set achievable sales quotas
Ability to take an informative sales approach with potential clients
Experience & Education:
1 - 3
years of direct to consumer sales experience (In Home Sales Preferred)
High School diploma or GED required, 4 year degree preferred
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Proficiency with laptop and/or tablet PC
Proficiency with software applications such as MS Office
Previous experience in with in home sales preferred but not required
Experience with Home Improvements a plus
Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving record
Personal vehicle with required insurance
Must be able to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and adapt to home environments
Local Travel required for this
