Integration and Implementation Lead with Security Clearance

Overview The candidate should be knowledgeable in structured analysis, design methodologies and design tools, along with other design techniques, object-oriented principles, and COTS integrationExperience with the logical and technical architecture of large and complex information systemsResponsibilitieso Lead for the DoD PKI team in project and operational conformance to PKI policy (certificate policy, certificate practice statements, Registration Practice Statements, etc.), NIST special publications, STIGs, DoD directives and instructions, OMBs, Federal Regulations, and Industry Best Practices. Provide full life-cycle design, integration, implementation, and management in conformance with the DoD architecture framework and the NSA/CNSS community gold standard framework. Enhance quality of service and delivery through leading the team in ongoing research, validation and compliance with DoD PKI services, policies, guidelines, procedures, and regulations. Provide audit preparation; new technology assessment and integration; disaster recovery services; policy support; and, development and presentation of knowledge transfer to personnel in designated trusted roles. Review, analyze and provide recommendations for new enhancements or new system documentation and develop required documentation for new enhancements. Work with other technical disciplines, such as functional analysts, business process reengineering specialists, and software and systems engineers. Design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements, as well as provide for present and future cross functional requirements and interfaces. Provide installation, implementation and project planning support for program requirements and tech refresh projects to include installing network/computer equipment, review, and critique implementation plans. Work with PKI support staff to install network/computer equipment, providing PKI hands-on support for capacity services TO server implementations, and the installation of communications infrastructure and servers Create, maintain, and update documentation to reflect new releases for all system, network, and security changes/enhancements per DoD requirements. Coordinate all PKI O&M test lab issues, ensure completion of initial O&M and final Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) testing of all PKI CRs, and deploy approved CRs into the production PKI enclaves. Maintain the lab environment for the purpose of testing new enhancements prior to introduction into to production. Familiar with emerging requirements for GOTS/COTS components and Web-based technology. Evaluate analytical and systematic problems with workflows, organization, and planning, and develop appropriate corrective action. Submit a weekly spreadsheet providing details on all CRs in the Remedy Ticketing System (RTS's) from initiation to deployment process through final site installation, including systems description documents, SSP and test plansRequired Experience/Qualificationso Minimum of 10 years' experience in Integration and Implementation IASAE III - CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or CCSP BA or BS in Related discipline Special Requirements/Security Clearanceo Active DoD Secret Clearance Recommended Skills Architecture Business Process Improvement Certified Information Systems Security Professional Communication Computer Equipment Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Apply to this job.
