Power BI Developer

Keller is looking for an experienced Finance BI Developer (Power BI) based out of our Hanover, MD (Hybrid Role) location.
Responsibilities o Assist in the installation and configuration of Financial BI Reporting and Planning Systems, collaborating with IT teams as necessary.
o Drive the design and implementation of financial and statistical models, databases, reports, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
o Develop and design new dashboards and reports, ensuring clear and impactful presentation of results.
o Uphold best practices in reporting and analysis, data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation.
o Conduct root cause analysis for errors and issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
o Operate within an Agile environment, adapting to changing requirements effectively.
o Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including project management team members.
o Utilize technology to optimize workflow and productivity.
o Provide training and support for team members as needed.
o Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing finance reports.
Qualifications Requirements:
o Proven experience as an Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer.
o Exceptional analytical skills, capable of deriving insights and making impactful recommendations.
o Proficient in SQL/Python/DAX.
o Experience with developing databases and tools for managing and interpreting large volumes of complex data using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Strong understanding of MS ETL process, database management, and data integration.
o Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
o Previous experience creating Dashboards in Power BI.
o Background in finance preferred.
o Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
o Technical aptitude with a natural curiosity.

o Dynamics 365 FO and CE.
o MS Fabric.
o Azure DevOps.
o Microsoft Purview.
