Our vertical market penetration expands to any business that does commercial cooking including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges & universities, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more. The Opportunity:
Service Area Manager As Area Manager, you will be responsible for directing service and staff for your service territory.Here are a few things you will be responsible for. The enforcement of all safety rules both on, and off the job site for the team. Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies processes to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the division Supervision of direct reports including; interviewing, hiring, payroll, timekeeping, disciplinary action, employee appreciation, training, and development of team members. Sets and meets organizational goals with regard to P&L performance What you will bring to NELBUD. Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager in the service industry position is preferred. Maintain a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles to job sites. Ability to work a varying schedule including late evening to early morning hours. Here is what we have to offer you!
