Jacobs is currently seeking Instructors and Content Developers in the Maryland area to deliver training as part of the new Network Analyst training courseNetwork Analyst Instructors will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary Team delivering highly sophisticated, technical, hands-on training solutions to meet the mission and time-critical needs of our customersNetwork Analyst Instructor candidates provide classroom instruction, provide lab experience, and evaluate students on the knowledge required to meet the certification standards for their career pathIn addition;o The instructor works with a multidisciplinary Team of professionals to develop and update course content, training materials, and documentation.
o The Instructors work with the students to prepare them to meet the mission-critical needs of our customerso The Instructors monitor student performance on practical exercises and provide feedback to studentso Virtualization technology is employed heavily to simulate real-world scenarios that create an immersive learning environment for students Here's What You'll Need:
Clearance:
TS/SCI w/Polygraph Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field) is desired, but not requiredo Minimum five (5) years of experience in the development, testing, deployment, operations, training, or maintenance of electrical/electronic/software systemsAn additional three (3) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree for a total of eight (8) years of experience.
o Experience engineering design, development, deployment, operations, training or maintenance related to Windows and Unix variantso Administration knowledge of setting up and maintaining common Windows and/or Unix variant serverso Demonstrate knowledge of creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of developing and/or instructing realistic scenarioso Demonstrate knowledge of commonly used software-programming languages (to include, but not limited to:
Python, Ruby, and/or shell scripting).
o Experience creating and/or using training materials utilizing tools such as MOODLE, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, or other course and learning management systems (LMS) Desired Requirements ( nice to have but not required ):
The Network Analyst Instructor positions requires fully cleared individuals with an extensive range of experience, including the following:
o Conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networkso Analyze network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intento Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source informationo Correlate threat data from various sourceso Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operationso Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
o Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officialso Provide recommendations for technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problemso Under supervision, draft and recommend approach to solutionso General Windows and Unix knowledgeo Experience as a trainer or course developer for cyber courseso Effective communication, writing, documentation, and requirements gatherings skills are needed to be effective in this role for working with other members of the Team and with the Customer to meet the requirements of the programo Provide recommendations for technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problemso Provides mentoring to junior Team Members #cjcyber #divergent #dvscyber Recommended Skills Administration Assessments Business Processes Coaching And Mentoring Communication Consulting Apply to this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
