DevOps & Android Software Developer - TS/SCI w Polygraph with Security Clearance

Jacobs is hiring for a DevOps & Android Software Engineer to support a program in Hanover, MDThis program will enable the Government to obtain subject matter expertise and highly technical assistance in building and maintaining prototype and niche analytics and tools; this contract will also enable the Government to maintain and document these prototypes and niche developmental effortsThe Developer will be tasked with the followingo Work on a team that develops and manages a software product related to discovering new mobile data related to the missiono Develop applications in support of the mission and manage the product's infrastructure and DevOps environmento Work in a highly collaborative, integrated environmentHere's What You'll Need:
o TS/SCI clearance with polygraph o Broad range of knowledge since effort combines application development and infrastructure/DevOpso Strong Java knowledge o Android OS familiarity o DevOps experience, including Docker o Application development o Management of technologies, such as LDAP server, Elastic Search cluster, Docker containers, firewall ruleso Linux administration, experience developing software in a Linux environment, and scriptingEducation/Experience Needed:
Bachelor's degree Computer Science (CS) degree or related field plus 11-years of relevant experience, Master's degree plus 9-years of relevant experience, Associate's degree plus 13-years of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED plus 15-years of relevant experiencePreferred but not required:
o Familiarity with Docker, Ansible, MongoDB, and Elastic Search is preferredo Experience supporting hardware installation, supporting servers, desktops, network infrastructureo Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage or remote storageo Experience implementing security best practiceso Familiarity with maintaining inventory of infrastructure hardware#divergent Recommended Skills Android 4.
