Implementation Coordinator, Junior

Overview:
The Implementation Coordinators (Junior) functions and responsibilities include elements such as:
provide overall support to the project manager, responsible for the overall direction, management, communication, coordination of deliverables, logistics, and accountability of project oriented work; track key milestones and schedule project resources to meet the needs of customers.
Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Implementation Coordination Project Manager while supporting Project Managers, having second-tier responsibility for overseeing all professional field services support provided to DISA with regard to all DISA programs Providing Project Management support, to include developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, creating and submitting program related documentation, preparing and presenting briefings, providing full conference/meeting support, customer outreach, and preparing senior level strategic briefings and metrics as required by the Government Ensuring the completion and integration of multiple complex projects simultaneously Developing service descriptions and project requirements documentation, CONOPs and other documents to support preparation for review boards as required to ensure service delivery and operational support Providing analysis and recommendations in support of the resolution of IT-related problems; executing the recommendations as directed by the client Providing project management strategic communications support, to include policy, process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) review and development Aiding in the coordination of activities and documents to ensure alignment with plans and directives for delivery of IT solutions.
Act as customer point of contact for the project Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects Oversees the status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives Ensures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, project team and clients Ensures production schedules are met or exceeded Ensures engineering & technical resources are used effectively and appropriately.
Coordinates resolution of deliverable-related problems Uses strong planning and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of all milestones and efforts with minimal client disruption Provides proactive and responsive customer focused leadership, reaching back to corporate resources to mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise Required Experience/
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience required.
Experience working with DISA is desired Field Services experience is desired Related industry experience in information technology or engineering Working knowledge Microsoft Office Tools; specifically Excel and Project Excellent communication, proactive/upbeat attitude, effective leadership and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience/
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher is desired but not required Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or information technology management or technical discipline is desired but not required PMP is desired but not required Special Requirements/Security Clearance:
Minimum Secret clearance required, can start with an interim secret clearance.
Physical Demands:
Ability to type, communicate via telephone and sit for extended periods of time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
