Stock Specialist

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ordering, receiving, and stocking inventory at medical centers.
Working around patients and center employees during center operating hours.
Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships and open lines of communication with all company staff, including DMSs and center employees.
Communicating with center and Materials Management Department staff regarding backorders and order discrepancies.
Maintaining the center inventory database.
Ensuring inventory and supplies are adequate for center operations.
Traveling to multiple centers is required.
Employee must be 18 years of age or older.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge of medical supplies a plus.
Experience in purchasing, inventory, or related business environment recommended.
Strong organizational skills.
Must have strong computer and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and deal with multiple tasks at one time.
Must be able to lift moderate to heavy items (25-50 pounds).
Ability to unpack, move, and lift boxes required.
Ability to travel and provide own transportation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
