OverviewWhy We Need Your Talents:
The Digital Marketing Manager will manage email and mobile app communication projects from discovery and design phases to development and implementation.
They will have a strong knowledge and understanding of the digital world, internet technologies (HTML, CSS), mobile and online marketing principles with every user in mind.
They will have a strong knowledge and understanding of creating, testing and troubleshooting email templates, regularly reviewing email related reporting to monitor deliverability, certification and mailing success.
This role is responsible for making sure the best message gets delivered to the right guest through the right channels at the proper times.
ResponsibilitiesWhere You'll Make an Impact:
Analyze, refine and push our existing designs to increase KPIs in alignment with the digital strategy at Live! Casino and Hotel.
Responsible for guiding designers on testing across multiple platforms and designs, best practices on templates and staying current with email trends.
Perform UX/UI assessments for conversion optimization and have a working knowledge of front-end development and production.
Understand all technologies and systems used in the role and their dependencies on one another.
Provide marketing strategy insights and recommendations to enhance the acquisition and retention of customers.
Collaborate with the database-marketing department to understand trends in membership and behaviors, including identifying effectiveness of program to various market segments.
Audit content strategy and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage the team's day-to-day tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, content, email, search, social, and mobile.
Utilize creativity with photo editing and written and verbal communication, have a knack for writing copy.
Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones.

Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Must-Haves:
At least three (3) years of varied digital marketing experience.
Candidate should have previous experience leading a creative team and running day-to-day operations.
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is recommended.
Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
Ability to be exposed to alcohol, smoke, bright lights and noise.
