Responsibilities:
Assist in processing accounts payable transactions accurately and timely Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all AP activities.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
Assist in data entry and general clerical tasks as needed.
Reconcile invoices with operations inventory system.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
High school diploma; AA preferred Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles as well as financial processes.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
