Responsibilities:
Incorporating editing and proofing changes to reports, correspondence and other documents in Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel formats; formatting corrections to documents as needed Tracking information and conducting Internet or other research as requested Copying, filing, faxing and providing other support services as requested Schedule and plan meetings/appointments Data Entry Manage and order office supplies as needed - Taking inbound calls - Reviewing timesheets Ideal Candidate:
- Familiar with inventory/placement -Experience with Accounting Software Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant experience preferred #IND123 Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
