(BVTI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) who is seeking to identify an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Acquisition Resource Center (ARC) in Hanover, Maryland.
The successful candidate will provide essential support to the source selection and security processes by oversee day-to-day and special event correspondence which will include answering and responding to incoming calls and emails.
Other duties will include greeting senior leaders from both the public and private business sectors as well as our customer-based personnel, providing support to ensure the continual integrity of the facility's event calendar, integrity of the security process and preparing for and interacting with the government's source selection teams and conferences.
This position requires exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
