CACI has an opportunity for a Systems Engineer to support newly awarded work in Hanover, MD.
What You'll Get to Do:
As a System Engineer, you will work with enterprise level near-real time messaging transport service supporting hundreds of missions and customers throughout the Intelligence Community.
You will collaborate in a team environment to develop message flow solutions with customer having disparate mission, schedule and communication needs.
Additionally, you will interface with internal and external customers to define messaging and policy enforcement requirements, obtain the necessary approvals for implementation, and coordinate operational software deployments.
You will provide right-sized process improvement and implementation across several disciplines including configuration management, reporting software build and delivery, risk management, quality assurance, customer feedback, and improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and 5 years Systems Engineering experience.
Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
Current TS/SCI Poly clearanceThis position requires IAT Level II certification such as Security
CEExperience with Java Message Service Apache ActiveMQ, Apache Khafka, and other real-time data and stream processing technologies.
Excellent communications skills:
ability to present information to a diverse audience (listen/engage with coworkers and customers)Experience with Use Case development and requirement derivation (translating customer needs into actionable technical tasks)Experience developing technical solutions (work cross-team and with technical leadership)Experience developing project artifacts (meeting notes, engineering diagrams, wikis, data flows, etc.
)Familiarity with deployment and verification cyclesFamiliarity with graphics-based tools (MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc.
)These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiar with the overall Software Development Life Cycle to manage and coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of new products and services across multiple teams with a wide array of technical and logistical interdependencies.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
