Program Manager, Process Exception SME
Position open to the following locations:
Baltimore, MD, Rockford, IL, Lakeland, FL, Riverside, CA, Dallas, TX, San Bernardino, CA Amazon Air is seeking a Program Manager to work within the AIR- Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES).
In this role, you will be an exception handling SME and will drive standardization and improvement in exception process at Amazon Air.
Their primary focus will be on Scanning and Problem Solve.
On an ongoing basis, you will partner with both field leaders and support teams to drive new processes and implement scalable solutions/tools that will be critical for our success in meeting our customer's expectation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
